These terms govern your use of services provided by Nexleads (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).
1Use of Service
By subscribing to our services, you agree to use them lawfully and provide accurate information when engaging us.
2Payments and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe
- By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis
- Failed payments may result in service suspension until resolved
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
3Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at noorul@nexleads.co. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
4Service Availability
We aim to keep services running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party hosting or service providers.
5Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or misuse.
6Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
